Arborist Position
Must-have Credentials:
- Arborist experience, minimum 2 years
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Able to drive manual transmission
Credentials that make you stand out:
- ISA certification
- Utility arborist certification
- Air brake endorsement
Grounds Person
Must-have Qualities That Make You Great:
- Great attitude
- Willingness to take direction and does not get offended by constructive criticism
- Not intimidated by a loud environment and willing to work with power equipment
- Have a high regard for following safety procedures and executing duties as they are requested. (There are good reasons why things must be executed a certain way)
- Ability to remain positive and professional with co-workers, clients, neighbors, and contractors even while working under tight deadlines
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Capable and willing to work in all weather conditions
- Genuinely happy in life and project that into the work environment
- Physical Endurance
Certified Crane Operator
Must-have Credentials:
- Crane Operator Certificate
- Driver’s License. Minimum Class 3
Must-have Complimentary Experience (some or all):
- Mechanical Experience
- Experience in trucking
- First Aid
- Experience running various gas-powered equipment
- Loading and unloading various weights and dimensions of materials/equipment
